Richard Docherty


Richard Docherty makes top 10 in Heart of America Championship

Richard Docherty from Bearsden, Scotland – a student at Lindenwood University , St Charles, Missouri, and a former FirstPoint USA client finished joint seventh in a field of 45 players for the Heart of America Conference Championship over 54 holes at Deer Run Golf Club, Hamilton in Illinois.
Richard had rounds of 80, 83 and 74 for a total of 237 over a par-71 course of 6,185yd.
Team-mate Greg MacAulay won by two shots with scores of 80, 74 and 70 for 224.
Lindenwood (912) won the team event by 51 shots from their nearest rivals Central Methodist in a field of nine squads.
