A Note To All Coaches
We appreciate the risks involved with recruiting international athletes and therefore we established our Clearing Department in 2007 to provide objective and hands-on assistance to recruiting coaches who have queries regarding compliance, eligibility, academics, and competitive ability.
FirstPoint (Europe) Ltd does its utmost to pre-determine the academic, eligibility, and compliance status of all athletes being made available to college coaches via this site. In addition, the company and its staff are pro-active in learning about present & future rules and regulations implemented by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA - and their respective member institutions. This information is also made available to each of our athletes and their parents to increase their understanding of the eligibility process.
FirstPoint (Europe) Ltd would like to note that it does not accept any responsibility or liability for the eligibility status for any of the athletes on this site, or for the provision of the athletes’ academic and sporting history. The company would encourage all coaches/member institutions to request sufficient academic and sporting background from the individual athlete personally, so to ensure that their institutional and NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA eligibility requirements are being met correctly.
