Meet Adelle
Adelle joined FirstPoint USA in 2022 to lead our Talent ID Consultants programme, working with our extensive network of scouts across different international territories and managing our international events activity. As Director of Scouting, Adelle is responsible for recruitment, onboarding and management of our team of scouts, as well as planning and logistics of international events, working with partner organisations and schools.
She studied Applied Science at the University of the West of Scotland and International Business Management at Bournemouth University.
