Having honed his craft within the restaurant and hospitality industry, including leadership roles with Frankie and Benny’s and the COSMO Restaurant Group, James was recruited to further strengthen the delivery of our customer service promise to clients, add value to the service journey and establish best practice within our customer touch points.
