Our clients have already been making their mark in America this season and we've been keeping up to date with their progress.
First up is Karin Muya who has just started college life at Notre Dame. Karin, an England internationalist, had a huge debut game and was the key for the University of Notre Dame women's soccer team last Friday night, leading the Fighting Irish to a 2-0 win over Santa Clara at Buck Shaw Stadium.
Karin arrived at Notre Dame via Chelsea Ladies FC and we knew she'd light up the American college women soccer game after her performances at the FirstPointUSA showcase event last year.
Check out this article on the Notre Dame Athletics site when Karin joined The Fighting Irish here.
Karin was recently in touch with the FPUSA promotions team and had this to say -
Dear Barry,
Apologies for the delay its just that I have been super busy with everything at Notre Dame. I just wanted to thank you so much for working with me this past year, it has been a pleasure getting to know you and everyone else at First Point and I wouldn't of even dreamed of attending Notre Dame without the help and support from you.
I really hope to keep in touch and you can follow my team on twitter @NDsoccer or visit the athletic website UND.com if you would like to keep updated, I would be more than happy to recommend First Point to anyone or be used as an advocate
I look forward to hearing from you
Thanks,
Karin.
Liam Doyle has now progressed to the Ohio State University where he'll complete his remaining college years after 2 successful years with junior college side, Cincinnati State. He scored his first goal for the Buckeyes as Ohio State battled back to claim a 2-2 draw against Butler in the final match of the 2014 Wolstein Soccer Classic at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Check the story here
Liam won many honors during his previous 2 years with Cincinnati state including NCSCAA & NJCAA All-American and it's great to see him carry this form on with the famous Buckeyes.
We always like to keep up to date with client progress from the coaches and to our clients out in America, please keep in touch with your progress in the class room and in the sporting environment!
