A client seeking a refund of the FirstPoint USA service fee is eligible for a full refund subject to a written request being received within 14 days of the company receiving full payment of the service fee. A client seeking a refund out-with the 14 day cooling-off period, but still within 50 days of the company receiving full payment of the service fee, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the fees paid.

Please note; a client that has not completed full payment of the service fee will be ineligible to receive a refund of the fees paid.  Subscribers should check the subscription terms for information on refunds by clicking here.

If a medical ailment or injury prohibits a client from pursuing their sport, or an extraordinary family issue occurs; a refund may be considered. Any requests for a refund must be made in writing, detailing the reason for the request and accompanied by supporting medical documentation.  A Doctor’s letter must be provided stating your condition, the initial diagnosis date and that your injury will prohibit you from taking on a scholarship placement. The Board of Management will act on the request based on the circumstance.
