Our guest speaker is David Lasini, who was Team GB HQ Performance Scientist/S&C Coach at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and Team GB Acting Lead for Performance Science across the 3 Team GB performance sites for the Paris 2024 Olympics. He is currently Head of Strength and Conditioning at Sport Northern Ireland Sports Institute, with 30 years of expertise in elite athletic performance. Managing a team of coaches, he currently supports athletes across a vast range of Olympic, Paralympic, and Commonwealth sports with a career spanning other roles at prestigious institutions including Saracens Rugby and the Australian National Hockey teams.
