New Additions!

This week, we are pleased to welcome two new recruits to the FirstPoint USA team! The newest member of our front of house Admin staff is Louise Fraser, a gymnastics coach and former kids soft play worker who has now joined Nicolle Crawford in manning the front desk.  Her new role will involve handling customer enquiries, reviewing candidate applications and the administration of FirstPoint USA staff. We would also like to welcome Rhona Gordon, former Council worker who is joining our busy Client Services team alongside Nicole Montoya and Aisling Coyle.  Rhona will be mostly responding to client emails and phone calls and will be the main point of contact for most of our clients.  Rhona will also be ensuring our clients have everything organized in preparation for going to the U.S and will be on hand to offer advice about SAT exams and the visa process, amongst other necessities. Rhona will also be involved with helping Head of Scouting, Nicola Pitticas with managing our international network of scouts. Jamie Milne has also joined our Media department from our Admin department.  Jamie is naturally very technical and computer literate so we are looking forward to seeing what he can bring to the table! Jamie is passionate about tennis, badminton as well as soccer.
