So far, TeamGB have successfully secured gold, silver and bronze medals in the London 2012 Olympics, leaving them in 1st place on the leader board, followed by the USA in 3rd, with both gold and bronze medals, showing that both countries are clearly leading the way when it comes to the sport! Rowing scholarships are becoming more and more readily available, even to those who have never rowed before!� Men's rowing is offered as a club sport at many schools but is not sanctioned by the NCAA.� Women's rowing have 81 Division I, 15 Division II and 42 Division III programs.

There are about 20 scholarships available per team in women's rowing. This is an equivalency sport, which means that full scholarships are not often offered, the coaches can divide the money as they choose.
