Three Charger soccer players received post season awards in the MCCAA and Region 12.
Manny Awuku (Hornchurch, UK) and Ignacio Avilles (La Habra, CA) were selected to the MCCAA All-Conference 1st team.
Coach Gallagher mentioned, "I am really happy for these players being recognized. Each had a large impact on our season and I believe the voting was indicative of the style of soccer we played as well as the quality of players we develop!"
Manny Awuku also garnered 1st team All-Region leading the Chargers with 19 total points. Manny concluded his career at Ancilla totaling 49 points (20 goals and 9 assists).
Gallagher stated, "We will miss players like Manny and Matt but I also know the future is bright as they leave our program with many opportunities ahead."
